The Campaign for Pineapples officially kicked off in October 2006, with festivities held at the Dole Plantation on the beautiful island of Oahu. Campaign for Pineapples Founder Elle Gordon (right), along with friend and fashionista Kelly Rae, were among the many supporters who made appearances that day.
